Parish Council Meeting 3rd July


Agenda for the Parish Council Meeting which is to be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 3rd July 2012 in Tuddenham St Martin Village Hall.

1.   To consider and vote on the Code of Conduct          
2.   Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies.
3.   Public Forum – For a short interval residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this agenda, or raise issues for future consideration, at the discretion of the Chairman.

6.   Appointment of New Councillor following retirement of Mrs Welham

11. Planning Matters – including C12/1180/Tuddenham Chapel The Street – Change of use from chapel to community coffee shop and shop together with provision of new toilet

15. Action needed concerning the condition of the telegraph/electricity pole by the junction of The Street and High Street (presently has a temporary protective covering).

Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

Tuddenham St. Martin Celebrates:

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee

with a

RED, WHITE AND BLUE Party

Tuesday 5th June 2012

12pm - 4pm Tuddenham Village Hall

Bring your own picnic food for a shared lunch.
All ages are welcome - make sure that you are wearing
Red, white and blue.

There will be games, music and fun for all.

A FREE MUG for every child that lives in Tuddenham St. Martin.

At 3pm, there will be a presentation of Jubilee mugs to all the children of Tuddenham
followed by tea and coffee, so please bring some cake!
Any other drinks - Bring Your Own.

The Annual Meeting takes place on Tuesday 1st May. The Annual meeting involves the presentation of accounts, not only for the Parish Council but also for the Village Hall, the Parochial Church Council and the Tuddenham Play Association. Please come if you can.

Replacement Bench is now in place

Having had the bench destroyed by a van reversing into it, the Parish Council has arranged for a replacement to be put in place.

Special Parish Council Meeting - Planning Application Review

There is a special Parish Council meeting taking place at the Village Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 3rd April 2012.

The purpose is to consider the planning application for an extension to a property in Keightley Way (details available of the Suffolk Coastal DC Web Site - HERE ) and for a tree removal.
There is an opportunity for you to be involved in the discussions. Please come.
